John Skeaping - Horse painter

Film director David Cobham shows his film John Skeaping - "I draw as if I was a horse writing it's own autobiography". This very colourful, exciting film portrait of the late John Skeaping, world famous painter of horses. Set in the Camargue, that wild area south of Arles in France where life revolves around wild fighting bulls and beautiful white horses. Whether he's riding a horse or sculpting one, Skeaping makes it look deceptively easy.
